Over the past three decades Doug has excelled in promoting green technology advancements in the commercial and residential construction industry and defined himself as a leader in innovative and sustainable environmental control solutions. Early in his career, Doug formed the now highly-regarded Trim Plus Custom Homes specializing in hand-crafted home design and construction including thousands of Energy Star product installations. Throughout his extensive experience in residential construction and commercial LEED certified structures, Doug identified a common demand for greater energy efficient, reliable and sustainable heating and ventilation solutions. With a keen awareness for more environmentally friendly HVAC services amidst rising electricity costs, Doug harnessed cutting-edge technologies to create the now-patented, revolutionary XCo Flow Controller.

The majority of Diana’s career has been serving the public as a Senior Budget Analyst for local and State government agencies. Additionally, Diana spent six years working in the unregulated electric industry as a Market Analyst for two power companies, and two years as a Grants Manager for a Washington, DC non-profit organization.  Today, Diana is using her career experience to help her brother Doug propel the XCo Flow Controller technology into the nationwide HVAC market.

 Jerry specializes in advising organizations on communications and government relations initiatives that influence public perception. He has defined himself as a leading industry strategist with strong political and media contacts. Jerry is also a founding partner of Oakton Capital Partners, a CFTC-regulated third-party marketing firm. Throughout his career, Jerry has provided counsel to clients to achieve their business objectives through partnerships, legislative outreach and public relations.
